6. Appointment and Fixed Salary
- Full-Time Teaching Position: Selected candidates will be appointed to a full-time teaching position at one of the Nalanda Vidya Niketan branches with a fixed salary of ₹3.0 lakh per annum. This competitive salary ensures transparency and provides financial stability to new teachers.
- Trainee Teacher Role: Candidates not immediately appointed to full-time positions may be offered a one-year trainee teacher role with a fixed stipend of ₹15,000 per month. This stipend is designed to be competitive and sufficient to cover basic living expenses.
7. Probation Period
- Duration: One-year probation period during which performance and suitability for the role will be evaluated.
- Support: Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to support the professional development of probationary teachers.
8. Post-Probation Salary Increment
- Increment: Upon successful completion of the probation period, employees may receive a salary increment based on performance evaluation. A 3-year service agreement will follow, with an annual increment of at least 10%, subject to performance reviews.
Post-Agreement Salary Adjustment
- Adjustment: Upon renewal of the service agreement after 3 years, a salary adjustment, including an increment of at least ₹5,000, will be provided, reflecting the employee’s continued contribution and performance.
10. Continued Professional Development
- Additional Training: Following their appointment, selected candidates will undergo an additional one-month training program focused on self-learning methodologies and technology integration.
- Ongoing Development: Continuous professional development opportunities will be provided throughout their tenure, ensuring that teachers remain at the forefront of educational best practices.
