Timings   :     9:30 am to 10:30 am

  • Entries   :     Maximum 3 from each school
  • Only colouring charts will be provided by the management.
  • No other additional stationary will be provided by the management and should be carried by the person only.

• Creative Writing

Theme   :     Mother Earth
Timings   :     10:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Rules and Regulations
  • Entries   :     Maximum 3 from each school
  • Only papers will be provided by the management.
  • No other additional stationary will be provided by the management and should be carried by the person only.

• Best of Waste

Timings   :     11:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m
Rules and Regulations
  • Entries   :     Maximum 3 from each school
  • All the requirements are to be brought by the competent itself.
  • No other additional stationary will be provided by the management and should be carried by the person only.

• Music (Singing & Instrumental)

Timings   :     1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Rules and Regulations
  • Entries   :     Maximum 3 from each school
  • Can sing or can play any instruments
  • Singers are suggested to get the karaoke of the song

• Dance(Western & Classical)

Timings   :     2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
Rules and Regulations
  • Entries   :     Maximum 2 from each school
  • 1 entry from each category i.e. Western, Classical
  • Western only group entries
  • Songs to be submitted 1 hour before the competition

NOTIFICATIONS & DEADLINES

• A student can participate in all the competitions. There is no restriction on re-entering into any other art.
• Each school has to dully fill the ENROLMENT FORM, by which they can register their school participants

• All the participants must be enrolled from only one enrolment form each school.
• Dead line for Registrations and entries will be closed by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 21st, 2017.
• Entries registered after the deadline will not be accepted.
• Finalists will be announced on October 25th International Artists day.
•All the participants are to be informed to attend the competitions in the fixed time.
•All the enrolments are to be acknowledged at the reception.
•At the time of entry all the students have to show their ID Cards or else study certificate can be taken to consideration. Without any one of these two acknowledgement a student cannot be enrolled.
